You can return or exchange items, if you’re not satisfied with your order after receipt. Items must be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase date.

  • All items must be in their original, unworn and unaltered condition with all tags still attached.
  • Contact info@abbis.be to report your return
  • Faulty or damaged items : an email, with attached documents and photos of your damaged item(s), has to be sent within 48 hours after receiving the item(s).

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Inform us about your return by sending an email to info@abbis.be.
  2. Pack the items you would like to return in the original packaging, together with the return form, you will receive via email.
  3. Send your return to: Abigail Van Audenhove, Legeweg 3, 9308 Gijzegem with a carrier of your choice.
  4. Don’t forget to ask for a proof of shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All customized items are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your product has arrived back to us, your item will be checked.  When the item has been cleared, the amount will be refunded to you within the term of 10 days of receipt.

The shipping cost for returned /exchanged goods will not be refunded. For exchanges, please contact us via info@abbis.be to organize the exchange. You will be emailed a confirmation email once your refund/exchange is complete.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

Before sending your orders, we carefully quality check all our items. If you do receive a damaged or faulty item, a full refund plus shipping amount will be offered. Please follow the steps above by getting in contact with us via email.

DETAILS

  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with any returns/exchanges unless the return falls into the faulty or damaged category.
  • It is advised that you use a traceable method and take note of your tracking number when posting back your items. We are not responsible for any items lost during transit and we will be unable to process the return.
  • We have the right to refuse any refunds/exchanges if the item does not meet the return/exchange requirements mentioned at the top of this page. 

WORKSHOPS

A registration is not final until it has been paid in full. Workshops will only take place when the minimum number of registrations has been reached. If not, Abbi’s may decide not to proceed with the workshop and to reschedule it to a possible alternative date or to refund the amount.

Participants must be +18y.

Abbi’s has the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop without being held liable. Abbi’s will inform the participant(s) accordingly. In the event of force majeure, illness or absence of the teacher, classes may be cancelled or moved. Abbi’s will inform participants of this and propose a possible alternative date. In the event of full and final cancellation by Abbi’s, the registration fee will be refunded to the participant. Cancellation of a workshop cannot entitle the participant to compensation.

Abbi’s reserves the right to make changes to the timing/content of each class and the identity of a teacher. Abbi’s will inform participants of this.

In case of cancellation, there will be no refund. However, a participant may seek a substitute so that someone else can take his/her place. If the participant/customer cannot attend the workshop, he/she should notify via e-mail (info@abbis.be).
