SHIPPING AND COSTS

What is the status of my order?

When ordering any product from our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation email with bank transfer instructions. Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed.

Bpost will send you an email with a track and trace link, so you will be able to track your parcel. Once we have transferred the parcel to our courier, delivery is generally made the following business day.

In case of local pick-up, make sure to select this option at check out and contact us to arrange the pick-up.

If you have any further questions about the status of your order, do not hesitate to contact us.

I want to send the order to a different address or send direct as a gift. Is this possible?

Of course! You can fill out any delivery address during the checkout process.

Make sure to select the option ‘Ship to a different address?’ and fill in the correct details.

If you would like to send directly to a friend as a gift, just add your personal message in the ‘Order Notes’ textbox at check-out.

What if I use an incorrect address?

Once you have placed your order, you can change your order and address when contacting us within 2 hours after placing the order. Please make sure to mention your order number. 

All parcels are sent with tracking so we can follow your parcel. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or missing parcels through post in case of incorrect address provided and not changed.

What is the cost of shipping?

Belgium:

Standard Shipping: flat rate € 5,70.

FREE shipping on all orders over €50. Please make sure this option is selected at check-out.

We offer free local pick-up in Gijzegem (Belgium). Simply select this option at check-out and contact us to arrange the pick-up.

Do you ship to my country?

For the moment, we only include shipment to Belgium. But if you wish to place an order from any other country, please contact us and we will work something out.

What shipping parties do you work with?

All parcels are shipped with bpost.

PAYMENT

Which payment methods does Abbi’s accept?

Payments can be made by direct bank transfer. You will receive the bank details when you finalize your order and in your confirmation e-mail. Once we have received your payment, we will proceed to process your order.

ORDERS

Promotion codes?

Promotion codes can be used in the shopping basket. However not every code can be combined with other promotions. If you have any questions in this regard, do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order, you can no longer cancel the order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We seek to follow up as fast as we can, but cannot guarantee the immediate processing of your request.

Can I change my order?

Once you have placed your order, you can change your order only when contacting us within 2 hours after placing the order. Please make sure to mention your order number.
