What is the status of my order?

When ordering any product from our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation email with bank transfer instructions. Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed.

Bpost will send you an email with a track and trace link, so you will be able to track your parcel. Once we have transferred the parcel to our courier, delivery is generally made the following business day.

In case of local pick-up, make sure to select this option at check out and contact us to arrange the pick-up.
